Home Watch Service & Maintenance

We provide service to Crystal River, Homosassa, Beverly Hills, Inverness, Weeki Wachee and the surrounding areas.

 

Prices: Prices based on service location

  • $125 per month or $1375 year- Crystal River, Homosassa, Ozello, Lecanto, Beverly Hills, Citrus Springs
  • $150 per month or $1650 year- Hernando, Inverness, Yankee Town, Weeki Wachee

 

Monthly fee includes 2x weekly drive by and 1x weekly entry service, 3 call out services and property checks before and after all storms.  Cleaning and maintenance services available for an additional fee. A photo of the weekly walk through will be emailed weekly as well as a list of any needed repairs, maintenance etc..

 

Short-term  Vacation Rental:

  • $200 per month or $2200 year -Crystal River, Homosassa, Ozello, Lecanto, Beverly Hills, Citrus Springs
  • $225 per month or $2475year- Hernando, Inverness, Yankee Town, Weeki Wachee

 

Monthly fee includes 2x weekly drive by and 1x weekly entry service, 3 call out services and property checks before and after all storms. Also includes 24 hour emergency contact. Cleaning and maintenance services available for an additional fee. A photo of the weekly walk through will be emailed weekly as well as a list of any needed repairs, maintenance etc.

Drive by service includes watching for:

  • Open doors and windows
  • Broken windows
  • Damaged or missing roofing
  • Missing chimney caps
  • Storm damage
  • Fallen tree limbs
  • Exterior water leaks
  • Plugged gutters
  • Unauthorized persons or vehicles
  • Exterior lights working properly
  • Vandalism

Entry service includes checking for:

  • Unlocked doors and windows
  • Proper breakers and appliances turned on or off
  • Smoke alarm/CO2 detectors working
  • Timer lights working properly
  • Dripping faucets
  • Under sink leaks
  • Toilet leaks
  • Water heater leaks
  • AC/Heat properly set
  • Appliances working properly
  • Signs of rodent or insect activity
  • Alarm is properly set
  • Check internet is working
  • Check water softener tank and fill with salt as needed
  • Check pool/hot tub water levels, temperature  and that the pumps are working
  • Check patio area for any damage
  • Check yard and report if maintenance is needed
  • Check dock for signs of damage
  • Start vehicle if needed
  • Report any maintenance that may be needed

Additional Services Offered:

Maintenance (Billed at $60 hr)

  • Yard maintenance
  • Brush/Yard debris removal
  • Storm damage clean up
  • Facilitate deliveries, installations etc..
  • Window washing
  • Pressure wash driveways, pool screens, patio areas, decks, siding, concrete etc…
  • Gutter cleaning (1st level only)
  • Remove or spread dirt, gravel, mulch, sand.
  • General handyman repairs
  • Painting
  • Stain and seal decks & patios
  • Deep clean BBQ
  • Dump run
  • Pick up packages/Check mail
  • Take out garbage
  • Boat check
  • Boat dock

 

Housekeeping Service (Billed at  $40 hr)
