Perfect Point Lake House

This home had everything we were looking for. Plenty of space to enjoy cooking together, eating together at the nice large dining table, playing games inside and out in the yard, kayaking, paddleboard, and if we weren't so tired from our adventures we would have enjoyed the firepit too. We were able to enjoy quality time together and everyone had their own space in their bedroom as well. The location is very convenient. It was a an easy drive to Crystal River to go scalloping. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer than the weekend. We hope to return next year.

Super clean and comfy. Nice linens. Shampoo and conditioner provided, which was nice. Kitchen well stocked.

Had an amazing time ! The last hour we paid for would have been better not listening to the lawn guys so we could have enjoyed the outside a little longer. Them starting the work after we checked out would have been appreciated but it was definitely not something that ruined our time there.

Nice house and beautiful view.

This place was beautiful. Me and my family were in awe with the house, the backyard and the serene lake. If you’re looking for a relaxing outdoorsy getaway that is close to all the major springs and not too far from the city this is the perfect place. The house was spotless and the hosts were more than lovely. I will definitely be visiting again!

The location was great. The house was clean, modern, fully stocked and simply beautiful. The master suite was incredible.The kayaks were fun and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the fire pit.We didn't like that we had to leave so soon. We can't think of anything negative to say about the property.

The house met all of our expectations. It was a wonderful place to host a family gathering. We plan to return.

Very clean, spacious, and modern home. Deck area and patio were very nice. Didn’t get a chance to try out the kayaks (two singles and a double) but they looked well maintained and fairly modern. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The home is everything my family and I needed. With 8 adults and a baby we had plenty of space. Even more beautiful than in the photos. We enjoyed the fire pit when we had a gender reveal for my son and daughter-in-law and enjoyed fishing off the dock and in the kayaks. Would definitely be interested in staying here again.

Home is clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Beautiful views that can be enjoyed from the back porch or from the dock. We got up early each morning to view the spectacular sunrise over the lake. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and beautiful surroundings this is the place for you. The management company is easy to work with and very professional. There are a lot of outdoor activities to enjoy that are only 30 mins away - Crystal Springs, Rainbow Springs, Downtown Dunnellon, etc.

The pictures are very accurate. This place is beautiful, big and so relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with more then you'll need. The bedrooms are very big. The master bathroom is huge. I just can't say enough great things about every aspect of this home. The lanai, backyard, and dock are well maintained, and we actually got to see so many stars. We were able to relax, which was our main goal. We only seen one alligator at a distance. There are so many great restaurants. Rainbow River was a 27-minute drive. It's so natural and something you don't see every day. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Point was perfect indeed. Beautiful, clean with plenty of space to spread out. The best feature is the pier and dock over the lake with amazing views. We had a great view of the Perseid meteor showers from the dock each night. Highly recommend this property!

The house was amazing!! It's located in a very quiet area surrounded by nature and lake in the back. We enjoyed the kayaking and making smores by the fire pit so much! House itself was decorated nice and cozy. Owner was very communicable and efficient. Can't wait to be back next time!

Pictures do not do this place justice. The home is really beautiful. So spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and that master bedroom was really WOW! The yard is lovely, with lots of space and comfortable places to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. We really enjoyed the kayaks, and communication with Bev and Stacy was excellent. The home had everything you needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a nice touch :) They even had cards, dominoes, and other games available. Check out rules were reasonable, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. We felt home away from home.

We were looking for a place to stay while visiting family nearby and stumbled upon this gem. From the moment we entered the home we knew it would be perfect! The home was spotless, the layout is wonderful, the beds were so comfortable, and the backyard is pure paradise! We plan to stay here from now on when we come to visit.

This home was extra ordinary and a phenomenon. It was very spacious and beautiful throughout. The appliances bedding was all up-to-date. The master bedroom and bathroom was immaculate the outside area, including the fishing area was superb. I approve and recommend this home for everyone.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to make it a quick vacation. The home was a great place to rest and recharge before heading back to the field. We didn't have a lot of time to spend in the kayaks but we did take them out. Perfect place to appreciate Florida nature. The house is amazing and has everything you'll need. Thank you to the owners for sharing this gem of a property.

We had a wonderful family getaway with my husband and three children! We went to the springs and this home is perfectly located near several springs. Many restaurants and shops close by which was very convenient. The home is very comfortable, beautiful and spacious; the kitchen and living area are spectacular! I will definitely come back and also recommend it to friends! Oh … and the house has a lovely smell! The beds are super comfortable! Thank you

While we experienced some unfortunate circumstances at check in, the owner of this property went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was top notch! What a beautiful space on this peaceful part of the lake!!! Great little restaurants to eat in Inverness and we enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit! Fun vaca location! Highly recommended for the nature lovers and for all!

The location on the lake was perfect as was the home itself. was very easy to contact the property manager as needed and they were always quick to respond. The home and yard were beautiful and we found lots of enjoyable restaurants around along with being close to the activities that drew us to the area.

What an amazing property! We loved enjoying watching sunrise every morning on the dock. The backyard is AMAZING. We traveled with my son who was celebrating his birthday and enjoyed fishing and kayaking. The nights were spent grilling and unwinding with a glass of wine. All of our questions were answered promptly and we even got a recommendation from a fishing charter from the owner. Everything was perfect! We will be back!!

Our family stayed in the home for a few days and loved everything about it! The views were amazing!!! Our family enjoyed spending time outside sitting by the fire pit, sitting on the dock, and in the water kayaking. Highly suggest checking the place out! We will be returning soon!

The tub was amazing and enjoyed by all. We had lots of fun on the dock, kayaking and around the fire pit. Everything made us feel like we were at home.

We absolutely loved our stay with family here. Bev was so quick on answering our questions and covering all our needs. The property is very fresh with modern amenities that are not complicated, everything is labeled and work perfectly. The master bath was worth the trip alone! For 5 of us the home was big enough that we had our space but still could gather around and enjoy family in a couple of different areas. Loved our stay thanks Bev!

Our family of five, enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. We enjoyed waking up every morning to see the sunrise on the lake. It’s a very peaceful setting and the house had everything we needed in the kitchen.

I have a large family and due to Covid I hadn’t seen any of them in 3 yrs. It was great to have a place that we could invite them to visit or stay with us while in Florida. The house was huge very clean and comfortable. The process was simple and easy to book and communicate with the owners. Highly recommend.

Amazing property, really clean and beautiful lake view. Kitchen equipped with everything to cook any kind of food. Close to all the springs. We enjoy the kayaks belong to property and use the fire pit and prepare BbQ. We definitely are coming back.
