This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built home is the perfect place for your next getaway!
Mountain Plover Haus is centrally located between Weeki Wachee and Brooksville, in a quiet, wooded neighborhood and is surrounded by picturesque trees where you can enjoy the quietness of old Florida despite being so close to many of Florida's attractions!
Mountain Plover Haus has everything you need for your comfort and enjoyment ! The house sleeps 8-10, and is perfect for couples or families to comfortably enjoy. The open-concept kitchen and living area has plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. The main bedroom has a queen bed, Roku TV and attached bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a twin/ full bunk beds.
The garage has been turned into a game room with a 50" Roku TV, Blue Ray and game console, air hockey/ping pong table and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
Outdoor living: The front yard has a picnic table and BBQ for outdoor dining. The wooded backyard has cornhole and a firepit to sit around and enjoy.
If you want to experience all that Nature Coast has to offer, this is the perfect location. You can enjoy Weeki Wachee State Park for kayaking and watch the famous Mermaid show. You can go and swim with the manatees at Three Sisters Springs in Crystal River, go to the local beaches at Pine Island and Hernando Beach or do some fishing in the bay at Bayport Park. All of these great sites are only 10-30 minutes from the house.

General: Pet friendly! Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Free WIFI, smart TV's, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials, washer & dryer, air conditioning.
**Disclosure** Please be advised that there are security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a Ring camera at the back door. The cameras are installed for security purposes to ensure the safety of our guests and of the property. Your privacy and comfort are our top priority. Home also features "smart home" amenities.

There are many beaches, state parks and natural springs near by for your day tripping adventure. Visit the mermaids at the Weeki Watchee State park only 10 minutes away! Located 63 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 90 miles from Orland International Airport. You are only1.5 hour drive to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios.

We recently stayed at this air bnb. It was beautiful & functional to what we needed. Plenty of room for us family of 5. Everyone had their own room and then some. Everything that was needed was there. This house was in a location close to supermarkets & shops, but very rural and quiet neighborhood. I couldn't be anymore happy with our week stay! Will be making this our annual vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week visit to the Plover Mountain Haus in Weeki Wachee, FL. The house is new, well, equipped and impeccably clean. It’s clear they went the extra mile to make this place comfortable as they have included a game room and things like extra towels, even a blender and hand mixer in the kitchen. We enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood and felt completely safe and comfortable there. There were so many things to do close by, including kayaking in Weeki Wachee Springs, riding on the 50 mile bike trail, flea market and going to the pier/beach. We saw manatees at the Homosassa State Park and in the bay at Crystal Springs. I highly recommend this place and we will be back

We loved the house. Perfect size, set up nicely, had everything you needed plus more. The neighborhood is great! Kids could ride their bikes and play without concern of high traffic. The Property Manager was super easy to contact and communicate with while we stayed. Lots of extras bells and whistles in the house!
This host is great so friendly and nice. I loved the house it was very cozy, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The property is very peaceful.
