Holland Huis

House is perfect, kitchen is brand new, great appliances, 2 sinks , 2 fridges (one downstairs which I ideal beverage fridge), lots of space to cook for 7 easily all week, and had everything you could think of already there for you. There was nothing they didn’t think. The attention to details was what really won me over , they really thought through and anticipated all guests needs - I brought so much extra stuff I did not need bc they already had it stocked. Ex individual Make up wipes, bug spray throughout available, surplus nice new bath towels, large new beach/ pool towels. Clean and comfortable linens. No clutter. The host/management was super easy to get ahold of and responded right away. I loved the downstairs screened in pool and hangout area, ping pong table was great to have also. 2 docks outside was a luxury , we brought a boat and was easy to get out to bigger water. Used their kayaks. I plan on staying here again and I cannot wait.

The downstairs screened-in space was so wonderful with it’s ping pong table, big comfortable couch and chairs, large dining room set , TV, bar and pool. We spent many, many hours here, and made outdoor living very enjoyable. We also spent plenty of time on our own private little “beach” on the canal side with it’s fire pit, Adirondack chairs and hammock. Shade sails and trees made it very comfortable. The house is very comfortable with an amazing kitchen (totally updated with everything we could need). Furniture was new and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the verandah outside our master bedroom - so peaceful. It’s on the second floor so it almost feels like you are in a tree house. The kids enjoyed kayaking and loved that they had their own huge room downstairs away from us lol. We liked that the upstairs living room had glass sliding doors that gave us a great view of the salt river marshes and sunsets. Can’t say enough good things about the place, it was perfect. We will be back again for sure.

Beautiful property just like the photos! We loved the pool and ping pong tables after long days out in the water! S’mores in the fire pit is a must! The kayaks were a ton of fun and so nice to launch from the doc. We enjoyed coffee off the master in the AM watching the wildlife. The house was stocked and clean. 5 stars for sure!!

The house was very clean and location was awesome! Absolutely loved the screened in area under the house that’s also connected to the pool. Having water on the back of the house and across the road, there’s going to be insects so it was nice to be able to hang outside at night and not have to worry about all the bugs. We also loved that the house had board games because we forgot ours at home. The house provided entertainment for each age group.

House is nice overall. The water access is really challenging. The channel to get out to the main is deceptive. If you dont have a flat bottom boat or know the area this is not for you.

This house was perfect! We shared the house with another family with kids and had everything we needed - from ping pong table, board games, basketball hoops, kayaks and even floats for the pool! The kitchen was top notch and had tons of storage and cooking necessities. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

we held a company retreat at the Holland Huis, and it was everything we had hoped for. The chefs in the group loved the kitchen, with all the high end equipment and gadgets. The outdoor people enjoyed exploring the surrounding waters via canoe. The whole group went fishing on a rental pontoon boat across the street at Twin Rivers Marina, which was a blast. All of us enjoyed the beach and firepit in the late afternoons and evenings, and the pool was a great place to hang out. We will definitely be back next year.

The outside areas are awesome for good family time playing ping pong, basketball and the pool. Location was overall great place and we had an amazing time!

Very nice place, it's in a good location near Crystal River. However it's just in the marsh land so not much fishing. The place is great especially with kids to entertain.

Our family truly enjoyed the stay! Kayaking, table tennis, basketball, the beach, we even got to see some manatees. The house was nicely equipped, everything as advertised. We would love to come again!

Great hosts, very responsive to any questions or concerns. Good location. Quiet but still close enough to attractions. The house is lovely with ping pong table, basketball hoop, and kayaks for an active family.It would be nice if pool was heated so could be used in winter.

Great place with stunning views in both sides . We enjoyed a very Rainy Thanksgiving vacation, lots of space, clean and just a great place to be stuck inside due to rain. If the weather was better we would have kayaked or swam in the pool inside the Florida room. The home was so nice we enjoyed just hanging out as family stuck inside.
Thank you Gulf Breeze for Making sure we did not have to cancel our plans had to make a last minute change and Gulf Breeze was able to accommodate our large group traveling from various places.
The whole experience could have been not so great but thanks to Gulf Breeze all went better than expected.

Very easy checkin process and absolutely gorgeous marsh views from the home!

Overall a great house/pool with water access. I would not recommend to boaters that don't know the area. I was saved by some wonderful neighbors that helped me navigate the very tricky channels out to the gulf. Water is very shallow and I could only come and go at near high tide. Pool was great. Master bathroom door needs repair. We had 2 good days and one bad weather day. Snorkling was fun but the croud was crazy on Saturday and not a lot of scallops. I went on a fishing trip with Hang-um High and we caught a huge number of fish...

This big spacious house was perfect for two families of 4. 4 boys shared the downstairs room while the adults were in two upstairs bedrooms. The location was perfect if you are renting boats from twin rivers marina as the house is located in a neighborhood across from the marina.

The property was secluded from town and the kids had fun running around outside. We were also able to fish right behind the house.

We had a great time in this beautifully updated house. The two couples slept upstairs, while the four kids had their four beds in the large bedroom downstairs, with their own nice bathroom.The kitchen is spectacular! A chef's kitchen with brand-new Viking appliances, and every kitchen tool you can think of. The cooking was fun, since everyone ends up in the kitchen anyways. Finding a bottle of wine in the fridge was a very nice touch!The house sits right next to St Martins Preserve, and the views of the marsh are beautiful. We had lots of birds visit us, a real birder's paradise.The house is well appointed and very clean. There are plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors, and most of them are screened in. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool.The private beach with the Adirondack chairs was a great spot for late afternoon and evenings, with the firepit getting good use. We used the three kayaks extensively and enjoyed exploring the Salt River and the Crystal River every day.We will definitely be back next year.

The area was stunning. The house was nice. A mix between vintage and modern, but done tastefully. I enjoyed everything. The pool was a bit chilly in the cooler months so a heater would be a great addition. The master bedroom mattress could be updated. But overall a nice experience.
