Gator 1 Cottage, formally known as Casita de Kai, is a charming 3 bedroom/2 bath home located in the heart of Crystal River.
The open floor concept has a cozy living room with plenty of seating, smart TV, and board games, for lots of family entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, a coffee station and is fully stocked for all of your kitchen needs. The adjoined dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island.
3 bedrooms, sleeps 1: King bed with attached bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin bed with twin trundle.
Outdoor Living: Spend some time in the lovely backyard out BBQing on the deck, playing some corn hole or sitting around the fire pit making s'mores! Feeling adventurous? Take the kayaks out on the river or bike around the state park.
Amenities: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy entertainment options with smart TV's in all of the rooms. Complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials, towels/linens, washer & dryer, air conditioning included with your stay.
Gator 1 Cottage is centrally located and is just minutes away from all that Crystal River has to offer! If you love to kayak or take your boat out on the river, this home is the perfect spot, located only .4 mi from Crystal River Watersport's, which offers a community boat and kayak ramp, slip rental, manatee tours, scallop and fishing charters and many other water activities to enjoy. Or you can take the kayaks, or bikes, which are included with the rental, out to the State Park which is just minutes from the house. Just a short drive to the charming downtown area offers unique shops and restaurants. Make sure to visit the beautiful, serene Three Sisters Springs where you can swim with our beloved manatees.

Cute and clean. Everything we forgot they had!That we didn’t realize while they had 2 nice kayaks, our car was not suitable to transport to the launch, a little to far to walk them. So plan accordingly!

We planned to snorkel at Rainbow Springs (25 min away) and Crystal River with the springs there. Great spot! We used Kacey Kayak rentals close by for Crystal River - they were great and used a small place on the side of the road for Rainbow - close to the park. Amazing amazing area just wow! Mom, dad & 2 of our boys were with us & we brought our dogs too. The owner communicated quickly, very quickly! Which is pretty great. It was a nice place!

Situated in a great location, the neighborhood is nice and quiet with everything near, the house is super clean and has all the necessary things plus other extras, beds are super comfortable with high quality mattresses, nice yard and patio, house decor is very nice and welcoming. We loved our stay at Casita de Kay! A+

It's a fantastic house. We enjoyed it so much, that we extended our stay. It was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The decoration of the house is done with so much thought and that includes all the extra's like washing machine tablets, washer and dryer tablets, tea, coffee, etc. You name it and it was there. Thank you so much for letting us stay and I highly recommend it.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for near Crystal River and the springs. The tastefully decorated home includes a pair of kayaks which was a huge plus because kayaking alongside manatees and otters was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We got to enjoy a small campfire each evening in the back yard and some good old fashioned board games. While we had no issues during our stay, Charity from the management team was very responsive. We look forward to returning soon
